Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
✔️ The item must be unused and in its original condition & packaging.
✔️ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returning an Item

To return an item, ship it to: physical address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via Email online@rushky.com or WhatsApp to 0761122390 regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if you receive the wrong size.

Exchange Conditions:

✔️ The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
✔️ Request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔️ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the mistake is on our end).
✔️ Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Exchange Process:

2️⃣ Ship the item to our physical address.
3️⃣ Once received & inspected, we will send you the correct size or offer store credit if unavailable.
